Empowering Future Generations:
We are dedicated to advancing the health, growth and well-
being of children by promoting decent income and livelihoods for their families, ensuring access to education, promoting, protecting and fostering children’s rights.
Mitigating Malnutrition:
Dealing with current challenges of malnutrition among the children of building and other construction workers is a central focus of our mission. We are committed to implementing targeted interventions and nutritional programs (which are both preventing and correcting) to ensure the holistic development and well-being of these vulnerable young lives.

2 :- Guardians of Children and Nature:

eco-friendly measures where children work and live so that as they cross the portals of childhood and enter adulthood, they become responsive, responsible and sensitive adults.
3 :- Equality Starts Early:
We focus on creating a totally gender friendly environment from the
early years through which young boys and girls live grow and harness their hidden potential, imbibe and assimilate the values of equity and respect.
4 :- Child-Centric Communities:
We strive to foster the growth of child-friendly Self-Help Groups
(SHGs), Construction Workers’ Committees, Small holder Farmers’ Committees and an environment which promotes an mutual support, learning, and advocacy.
5 :- Learning for Little Leaders:
We pledge to promote such sociological research which becomes an effective tool of learning the genuine needs of children and which leads to holistic development of children- physical, economical, environmental and spiritual.
6 :- Touching Lives, Transforming Futures:
Jharsuguda, the main center of our childcentred activities is an industrial area where the earth, air and water are heavily polluted. Such pollution
is detrimental to the holistic growth and development of children. Our activities should be such as would minimise/ negate the impact of such pollution and which would promote growth and development of children through healthy and hygienic practices.
7 :- Children at the Heart of Advocacy:
Such advocacy oriented activities should be promoted as would (a) Lend a patient hearing to the genuine needs of children (b) create an environment as would be conducive to the fulfillment of genuine needs, interests and entitlements of children.
8 :- Financial Foundations for Child Well-being:
Ensuring financial sustainability means securing a better future for children. We diversify funding sources, explore social enterprise models, and forge partnerships that prioritize child welfare."

The ultimate goal of child-centered development is to promote, encourage and reinforce strength, courage and fearlessness among children so that as they cross the pivotal of childhood and enter adulthood, they can face multiple challenges of life with resilience and courage of conviction.
10:- Ensure water security:
Our mission is to ensure water security through the leadership of construction laborers, empowering them to play a pivotal role in water conservation, rainwater harvesting, and sustainable land management. By integrating their skills and knowledge, we aim to combat desertification, restore degraded landscapes, and promote climate resilience. Through community-driven initiatives, policy advocacy, and innovative water management solutions, we strive to create a future where access to water is safeguarded, livelihoods are sustained, and environmental degradation is effectively countered.
Our mission is to achieve water security through the leadership of smallholder farmers and home-based workers, empowering them to actively participate in climate resilience campaigns. By harnessing their local knowledge and sustainable practices, we aim to promote water conservation, regenerative agriculture, and eco-friendly livelihoods. Through collective action, advocacy, and innovative solutions, we stand ready to counter climate change, restore ecosystems, and build a future where communities thrive in harmony with nature.
